Owner / Director of Operations

Brian Ostby

Brian began his professional career as a firefighter in Spokane, WA. After several years of service and many warm encounters he discovered a passion in sales and made a career change. Working for multiple companies over the next two decades with positions from sales representative to project manager to director of operations, Brian acquired the comprehensive understanding of each level of business operations.

After 13 years in the industry with a background in selective demolition and asset recovery, Brian has worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies nationwide while keeping customer service and environmental responsibility as his primary focus. Garnering relationships with property management, HVAC, demolition, and power companies (to name a few), he has succeeded in saving his clients money on projects ranging from a single piece of equipment to complete liquidation.

When Brian isn’t working you can typically find him on the sidelines or in the dugout. His passion for youth sports landed him a position as the head football coach of a local high school as well as a coaching position for a traveling club softball team. After a game, Brian relaxes at home with a beer and by grilling for his wife and kids.

account development representative

James Thomas Farmer IV

James was born in Spokane, Washington where he attended Ferris High School and Spokane Community College where he studied Business Management. As far back as James can remember he seemed to realize that he was just “Too Pretty” for a regular day job. James began modeling as an adolescent and continued to do so after college in both New York and Miami. As you can imagine, he realized that being pretty doesn’t always pay the bills.

James studied under mentors and quickly learned that he had a knack for the financial markets and Bitcoin. He spent a few years on the East Coast and decided that he would return home to Spokane to be near friends and family. James is the Father of a beautiful young daughter and enjoys spending time with her the most. James can be found in the gym, in front of the camera, or on the basketball court when he is not reading up on the latest conspiracy theory.
